Our pure unrefined shea butter comes from Ghana, West Africa where the shea nut is hand picked, peeled, and washed. After, the shea nut is dried and hand milled by our ancestors who have been preforming this practice for hundreds of years.
BabyShea takes pride in the ancestral process of how our shea butter is made by hand with no additives, preservatives, or fragrances. The natural earthy smell of Shea Butter is truly one of a kind. The rich, pure texture is hydrating, nourishing, and smooth.
Who can use BabyShea?
BabyShea has many uses and is indented to be used by people of all ages. BabyShea can be used on hair, skin, and nails for a hydrating feel all over.
Shea butter has been known to aid in skin conditions such as: Eczema, diaper rash (under supervision of a physician) , and dry skin. Shea butter is a natural emollient which protects and improves the skin barrier.
Unlike other traditional products that claim to hydrate the skin like Vaseline, creams, and lotions. BabyShea is free of sulfates, parabens, and fragrances.

As a Doctor of Pharmacy It is my duty honor and privilege to educate, emphasize, and consult individuals about healthcare. My passion is to help and guide people on the path to better health. My husband and I started BabyShea with the hope and intention to spread the knowledge and use of BabyShea to people of all cultures. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, patient education, and taking hikes with my puppy Kosmo!

Skincare was the least most important routine for me growing up but the older I got I realize it was essential. Being someone who works with my hands and rides motorcycles my hands felt the wear and tear on the skin. BabyShea is an idea to start looking after your skin with no chemicals just soil, water, sun and most importantly a shea nut.
Different types of Shea Butter
West African Shea Butter: earthy smell. Grows in regions like Cameroon, Ghana, and Nigeria. thick, rich, creamy texture that comes from the Vitellaria paradoxa ( shea tree).
East African Shea Butter: Grows in counties like Uganda, Kenya, and South Sudan. Comes from the shea tree ( Nilotica Shea tree).
